If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what
was ordered, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange, provided:
- The defect or damage is reported to us within 7 days from
the date of delivery.
- You provide clear supporting evidence such as photos, order number, and a
description of the issue.
- The item is returned to us in the condition it was received.
b. Non-Defective Items
For products that are not defective:
- Returns and refunds are generally not available for change of mind purchases, custom
orders, or made-to-order carpets unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
- Exchanges for products of equal value may be considered at our discretion and
subject to product availability.
4. Timeframe for Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within the specified
timeframe from the delivery date 7 days. Requests received after this
